What Are Deductions?
Deductions are adjustments that show up on checks from retailers/distributors as credit amounts. They are deducted from the balance owed to you for product that you have sold. These credits can significantly reduce the amount you are paid

How much do you Charge?
All of our services are charged on an hourly basis with no minimums. We can tailor our services to fit your budget. Please reach out to us for more information on pricing

Do you have a minimum spend requirement?
We do not, we are a small-business too and want to provide a flexible way for clients to access highly-specialized assistance without stretching the business financially

When can I expect to receive my first repay after engaging your deductions management service?
We can submit your first disputes within days to weeks of beginning our management process (depending on how long it takes to collect the relevant backup). From there, the timeline is based on the distributor/retailer. Some repays come in as quickly as a few weeks with some taking as long as several months.

What Deductions Categories do you handle?
We handle all types of deductions depending on the needs of our clients. These categories include (but are not limited to) Spoils, Invoice Adjustments, Shortages, Sales Discounts, Cash Discounts, Manufacturer Chargebacks, etc.

Do you require a retainer?
We do not, we are a small-business too and want to provide a flexible way for clients to access highly-specialized assistance without stretching the business financially

Do you take a cut of the repays you recover?
No! We believe that those repays are yours to keep. Our goal is reduce the number of deductions our clients receive in the first place (through operational efficiencies, sales tactic adjustments, etc.) which is why we charge on an hourly basis

Can you audit my historical deductions or only current/future deductions?
We are happy to audit your historical deductions. There is a limit (established by the distributors/retailers) to how far back we can go, but we can discuss your needs and game plan during an introductory call.
